  As everyone knows, the Labor Day Picnic has been hit very hard because of our economy, but through all the hard work and donations it has been able to hang on.
  Even tho that the Carnival did not show in 2011, everyone is working hard to keep a tradition for Deepwater, Mo since 1903 alive.
